Big Snakes
Update: didn’t happen in Sudan – happened in South Africa and wasn’t a man but an Impala. Here is the real story. Still an interesting photograph.
A friend in Sudan sent this to me the other day… He claims the incident really happened. I am rather dubious myself… He said took place sometime in 2007 at the UN compound in Yambio, Sudan. Yambio is near the south western border of Sudan just above the DRC. Lots of Jungle and bush out there and there are numerous reports of big snakes. Its just the teeth. Are those things for real?
Isn’t this the same picture and story that came out of Austrailia about two years ago? Think this is one of the web scam stories. Seems it’s happened all over the world. The only thing that makes it plausible for Sudan is the soil in the picture. Otherwise – how in the world could a snake like that get in Sudan????
